1. Who we are

HEATHER TAYLOR, trading as Air Clean and Change AND AirC&C ("we", "us"), is the data controller for the personal data described here.

2. The personal data we collect

When you register and work with us, we collect:

Name	To identify you and assign changeovers
Mobile number	To contact you and (with your consent) send changeover reminders
Email address	Account access and communication
Work records (clock-in/out times, changeover reports)	To manage and verify completed work

We do not ask for special-category data (e.g. health, etc.) and you should not submit it.

3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• To provide the App and manage your work — lawful basis: performance of a contract (or steps before entering one).
• To run and secure our service, and to administer our business — lawful basis: legitimate interests.
• To send you SMS changeover reminders — lawful basis: your consent. You can withdraw this at any time without affecting other communications

4. Who we share it with

We use trusted suppliers who process data on our behalf (our "processors"), under written data-processing terms:

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
• Twilio — sending SMS reminders (once enabled).
• Fasthosts — website hosting and the email-report mailer.

We do not sell your data or share it for third-party marketing.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as you have an account with us and for 6 months afterwards, then delete or anonymise it.

6. How we protect it

We use access controls, authenticated accounts and per-user data isolation (row-level security) to limit access to your data.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent (e.g. for SMS) at any time. To exercise any right, contact us at [EMAIL]; we will respond within one month.

8. Complaints

If you have a concern about how we handle your data, please contact us first at admin@aircleanandchange.com. We operate a complaints process and will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days.

9. Changes

We may update this notice; the version and date at the top will change, and we will tell you about significant changes.
